Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update 25 January 2021 - The health & wellbeing of all our customers is our absolute priority at Sheffield City Trust.
Following the latest Prime Minister's Covid-19 announcement all SCT gyms, leisure centres & golf courses will close until Covid-19 restrictions are lifted. The Arena remains closed for events but is working with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals as a NHS COVD-19 Vaccination Centre allowing the venue to play a small but important role within the Sheffield community.

Please be aware that as from March 2020, and as part of the venues COVID19 response, the venue, our box office and all the contact telephone numbers listed on this web site are not staffed - the only way to contact the Arena is by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org - please do not use other email addresses as they may not be viewed.
The telephone booking line number, powered by Ticketmaster, is 0114 256 56 56, is open 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday & will only be open at weekends when the Arena is hosting an event. If you are booking tickets to Sheffield Steelers Ice Hockey fixtures please call our dedicated Sheffield Steelers booking line on 0114 256 55 66.
The Arena Box Office is only open to personal callers when we have an event taking place at the Arena.
Customers can book & collect their Arena tickets in person from the Sheffield City Hall Box Office, Barkers Pool, Sheffield, S1 2JA - click here for Sheffield City Hall opening times.
On the day the Arena is hosting an event the box office will open at 12noon and stay open until the main act is on stage, this will vary depending on the event so please check the specific show page for running order details. (If the start time of the event is morning/early afternoon will usually open from 9am).
When coming to the box office on an event day please be aware that the security procedures in place at this show may restrict access to the venue and car parks. As access to the box office is through our car parks you may be asked to park off-site and walk to the box office to maintain the integrity of the safety checks already carried out on site.
The Box Office is located at Entrance C on the ground floor and has a purpose built low level counter installed.
There is ample parking outside the entrance, including disabled parking spaces. On non-event days please ensure that you obtain a ticket from the pay & display ticket machine and clearly display the ticket in your car - parking is free for the first hour you just need to obtain & display the ticket.
